It was initiated due to the increasing interest of private entities in such investment formats and the expanding opportunities for Tamex S.A.’s offer in the realm of private investments.
The implemented investments include small and medium-sized soccer fields, tennis courts, tracks, light halls, pneumatic halls, playgrounds, and recreational areas, particularly limited by built-up area and terrain conditions.
We target our offer towards individuals, private sports clubs, and hotels. Our activities in the field of individual offers focus on the construction of sports facilities throughout Poland.
We recommend special attention to pneumatic halls, which are devoid of heavy and costly supporting structures. They are used to cover sports facilities of various purposes, from tennis courts to full-size football fields. The membrane is held up by the internal overpressure. This is also an ideal solution for private sports investments of limited size, small courts/fields that can be used year-round, regardless of the weather, thanks to this solution. The halls are dismantled for the summer season and reassembled in the autumn. Since according to building law, pneumatic halls are considered temporary structures, they can be erected without a construction permit for a period of 180 days.
